Exceptional! A small fisherman’s house totally renovated with great taste and perfectly suited to the needs of the travellers. Located directly on the beach in the best part of the island you have a great view of the Castello Aragonese and the island of Procida. Sandy beach that gently walks down to the sea. The very warm welcome and Franscesco’s hospitality are second to none. A bottle of local white wine to welcome, us and a fridge well stocked to meet the first breakfast needs. On the beach, the atmosphere is child-friendly and local, very authentic. In the afternoon families come with their children after school to enjoy the dolce vita. A perfect place to relax, three days or better a week in real Italy 🇮🇹 When you get up in the morning it is such a pleasure to look out the window and see this beautiful and picturesque sight.

We absolutely loved our time at Peppino and Francesco’s wonderful little beach house, a truly unique and special place to stay. Having been in their family for many years, the house has a wonderful energy, and the location on the beach couldn’t be more atmospheric, with the bustle and camaraderie of the fishermen outside tending to their boats. The position amidst a still lively local community makes you feel like part of this special little stretch of the island during your stay. As hosts, Francesco and Peppino are attentive, generous and hugely accommodating. Peppino was in contact when we needed him and came to our rescue as we needed an extra night at the house due to storms sabotaging our ferry crossing from Naples. Francesco was there to greet us with his big smile and local knowledge, and was really generous with his time. The house itself is small and perfectly appointed, the kitchen overlooking the sea being our favourite spot to drink wine and cook some dinners, but there are plenty of nearby restaurants, bars and cafes too. All in all, it was a holiday we will never forget and we can’t wait to return. One of our best ever experiences with Air BnB.

The beach house is so lovely, one of the best places I’ve said. You walk out right onto the beach, with amazing views of the castle. It has everything you could possibly need for a holiday and the host was so friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Peppino and Francesco’s beach house. We came in December and the island was quiet but we had everything we needed in the house to entertain us and have a very comfortable stay! We loved cooking in the gorgeous kitchen with beautiful views.

What an amazing and beautiful place to visit! The place exceeded our expectations couldn’t have asked for a better host and location! Highly recommended. The sunrises outside the front door on the beach was magical! Can’t wait to visit and stay here again!
