One of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in! and we have stayed in many 🙂 the house, the location, the hosts were simply amazing! i hope one day we can make our way back to stay again 🙂

In a moment where I’ve kind of lost faith in the Airbnb concept, Peppino and Francesco reminded me of all the reasons why Airbnb can still be great. This is not just a calming retreat where you fall asleep listening to the waves (it is that, but it is more). It is also the childhood home of Peppino and Francesco. There are family photos on the wall and artwork from family friends. They left eggs and basil and tomatoes in the fridge and fresh bread since we got in so late on the ferry. They proactively arranged taxi transport with the kindest woman. I can’t say enough about the sweet personal touches that made this feel like a home away from home and a special experience. It’s also beautiful and comfortable and clean. I hope I get to return someday!

The most beautiful and peaceful place and so thoughtful in the amenities. Extra blankets, linens, towels, bottled water, fresh fruit, bread, jams, coffee. just amazing! The area was so walkable and we swam just steps from our front door! We hope to be back someday and will definitely stay here again! The sound of the waves was joy to my soul!

Super nice stay and excellent hospitality to say the least. The owners even left us fresh water, wine, something for breakfast and sandwiches! We felt welcomed from the very beginning. They also allowed us to checkin and check out at the most convenient time. The house is a stone’s throw (literally) from the fishermen’s beach overlooking the Aragonese Castle. It is well equipped, functional, with all the necessary amenities and very clean. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Ischia. Do not miss this opportunity!!

This was one of the best Airbnb’s we stayed at in Italy and by far one of the best I have ever booked worldwide. The location is central and close to everything, how can you not be pleased with the views and 20 second beach access right at your doorstep. We were picked up by Loredana, who is their primary contact for transportation. She was incredible, fast and always available. If you do not have a car or don’t plan on renting a scooter, I 101% recommend you have her drive you around the island. Pepino’s brother (Francesco) was also amazing, very responsive and extremely helpful, he gave us excellent suggestions and was always around to answer our questions. If your destination is ischia this year or the next or whenever, please I would highly suggest you skip the hotel and book this spot. Keep up the great work everyone and you will be missed. During our 2 week trip in Italy this was by far our favorite. Starting with meeting Francesco who greeted us at the beach house and let us leave our bags since we arrived very early before check in. While we were killing time we sat down to have a little lunch on the beach next door, Francesco came and joined us and told us all about Ischia and its history. Then the check in… OMG we loved this beach house, literally just feet from the sand. The pictures we saw online don’t do it justiceand can’t capture the beauty of it all. The fridge was even stocked with food and drinks and he told us to make ourselvesat home and enjoy whatever we wanted. we woke up the next day and made our first breakfast in Italy, some eggs and salami, fresh bread, some coffee and fruit and the view out the kitchen window is incredible. I can’t say enough about the place alone but on top of that, Francesco added to the overall experience by being so accommodating and kind. on the morning we checked out he even picked us up and drove us to our port. I will recommend this place to all of my friends and we will definitely be back, next time wirh our kids. All I can say is I wish we would have stayed longer.

Best Airbnb experience for us! What a friendly host and perfect holiday house right on the beach – just marvellous! This is the place to stay in IA stay literally on the beach! Fantastic view, beautiful sunrise, close to Ischia Ponte with nice restaurants and the beautiful castle. A lively area where you blend in with the locals, a coffee at Marco’s and quiet during the night (in October). Very much recommended, friendly hosts!

Words cannot say enough about how perfect Peppino’s place is. He messaged me right after booking about our arrival plans. He was very communicative about using Whats App for easier communication. He put me into contact with his brother Francesco, as Peppino was not available. Everything was so smooth and they checked on us daily! But the kicker was how stunning the actual house was. Literally something out of a fairytale. So picturesque. The location was perfect, as we could easily walk to town within minutes. I do think if you are traveling with luggage utilize their taxi friend, she was wonderful as well! Overall if you are lucky enough to book Peppino’s place, your time in Ischia will be a dream.

We had a wonderful stay at Peppino and Francesco’s beach house. We came in December and the island was quiet but we had everything we needed in the house to entertain us and have a very comfortable stay! We loved cooking in the gorgeous kitchen with beautiful views over the beach and castle. In Ischia we enjoyed swimming in the sea, driving’s round the island and climbing the mountain and wished we had longer to do more. Francesco was a fantastic host and checked in with us and even came to say goodbye. We would love to come back one day! Anna and Chris

This is a wonderful place in a beautiful location. The house has history and charm, with modern touches, and everything one needs for a stay. The hosts even left drinks, fresh fruit & vegetables and eggs and bread for us as the day after our arrival was a public holiday with shops closed. It seems that they thought about many details, such as extra towels and a warm sweater for the winter months. Communication was very straightforward and friendly. Our stay was perfect and we’d love to come back.
